Monday Motivation – Week 1

I was recently talking to a mom friend about my blog, and I had mentioned my idea of doing a “Monday Motivation” post every week. We agreed it was a wonderful idea!

I suffer from severe anxiety so I thought this would be a great way for me to make sure I start my week out good, while spreading the happiness and motivation to other people.

Lately I have been getting myself in the mind set that every day is a brand new day. Start it fresh and forget about what happened the day before. Same goes for the week. Every week is a brand new week, completely different from last week. Remember, no day or week is the same. Something different – new and exciting happens everyday. Every single day is a gift, so live it to the fullest. <3

    Love the idea of motivational Mondays! Positive thinking is absolutely great to counteract anxiety!!
